FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know you have received my order?

When you place your order an email will be sent to you straight away with your order details including an order number. If this does not happen within 24 hours please contact us.
 

How long will it take to reach me? 

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to availability and delivered by courier service within 2 days. We also offer next day and Saturday delivery upgrades. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Saturday delivery orders need to be placed by 2pm Friday and orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on the next working day.
 

Can you deliver to another address?

Yes we can, at no additional cost.
 

Can I have my order delivered on a specific day? 

Yes, if you select the Next Day option during checkout we will delivery the next day alternatively if you are planning ahead please contact the ECP DESIGN office on 0161 946 9303 or by email [email protected] and we will advise the best way to do this.
 

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery prices include VAT at the current rate, order value shown is excluding delivery costs. You can see all of our delivery costs on the delivery page.

Goods are sent via courier and a signature will be required on receipt. We are unable to specify a delivery time so it may be more convenient to give a work address.

Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
 

Can I add or amend my order?

You can add to or amend your order if it has not already been dispatched, simply get in touch as soon as you can. 
 

Do I have to pay by credit card?

No, you can also pay for your order by bank transfer or cheque. Just email us for the details of how to do this. 
 

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived within 5 days please get in touch. We will be able to track your order for you and find out where it is. 
 

What is your returns policy?

You can return any products that you are not happy with to us in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt (Please get proof of postage). Ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit.
 

What if my goods are damaged on delivery?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact the ecp team within 3 days of receiving your goods and we will advise you. 
 

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes! Just email us for information on gift vouchers and e-vouchers. We have £1, £5, £10 and £20 vouchers available.
